Article:

The technological prospective prediction with a simple mathematical modeling.          J. I. Vargas

The main objective of science is the elaboration of models that are capable of describing the outside world. Consequently, the touchstone of scientific models is their capacity to forecast events. Science should also be amenable to examination rooted in the same concepts. Based on a lecture given at the former Secretariat of Strategic Studies of the Presidency of the Republic, the text presents an instigating prediction model – applied and applicable to various systems – where the past strongly guides prospective for the future.
